When an emergency happens at height, the key to safe, effective evacuation is simplicity – time and complexity can cost lives.

At Limpet Technology, we don’t need to tell you about the implications, emotional and financial, of getting it wrong. Not to mention the damage to reputation. Fortunately, the Limpet's integrated emergency evacuation function is an 'always-on' feature that allows users to simply clip on to the rescue line and be lowered at a safe speed (up to 1.0m/s).

Most importantly, while rescue and evacuation is traditionally the domain of highly trained specialists, the Limpet's 'clip & go' feature means it can be employed easily and safely by any user. Furthermore, unlike other height safety equipment, the Limpet™ is rated for a maximum user weight of 280kg in evacuation mode, meaning that at least two people can use the Limpet™ at the same time.
